Sadvit Golden Lemon Juice 100% is a cold-pressed, pasteurized juice made only from lemons. Sharply tart with no added sugar, it has a low sugar content of 1.6 g per 100 ml. Packed in a 1.5 L bag-in-box with a tap, so it is always within reach in the kitchen.

About the product

Sadvit is a family-run juicery from Magierowa Wola, near Warka, that makes juices only from fruit and vegetables, with no water, sugar or flavour enhancers added.

The pack contains lemons only, with no water, sugar or concentrate added. The juice is cold-pressed using the NFC method, and pasteurization is the only extra step.

The taste is pure, sharp tartness, without the bitterness of the peel, which is easily pressed together with the juice at home. Around 1.7 kg of fruit goes into one litre of juice, so the 1.5 L pack holds more than 2 kg of lemons.

The bag-in-box with a tap holds 1.5 litres, or six 250 ml servings. The tap keeps air out, so the opened juice stays fresh for 21 days instead of two.

Intended use

For cooking and baking, wherever a recipe calls for lemon juice. Also handy for anyone who drinks lemon water and would rather not cut a fresh lemon each time. The tap measures out juice without opening another bottle.

Suggested use

1. Pour straight from the tap, no need to decant or open the pack.
2. Add 10-20 ml to a glass of water.
3. In the kitchen, measure by the spoon instead of squeezing a fresh lemon - one lemon gives about 40 ml of juice.
4. Drizzle over fish, salad or cut fruit to stop it from browning.

Storage

Store in a dry, shaded place at a temperature between 2 and 20°C. Once opened, the juice stays fresh for 21 days, as long as the tap stays covered by juice and no air enters the bag. If air does get in, use the juice within 24 hours.
