How to make a return?
Medpak will reimburse the return postage costs.
- Email info@medpak.shop with your invoice/order number, product name and postal address.
- We will send you an email to let you know if your refund has been approved.
- You can now send the product you wish to return by recorded delivery (including your invoice/order number and our return ID: 91637409) to the address below depending on the country you live in.
- Once we have received your returned order, we will check the return and send you an email when the refund has been processed.

Our policy is 30 days from the date of delivery to you. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Product condition requirements:
Due to the nature of our products (supplements and cosmetics), we accept returns only for items in their original packaging. Products must be unopened and in the same condition as they were received. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and quality of the products we sell.
Refund processing time:
We process refunds within 30 days of receiving your returned item. While we typically complete refunds much faster, shipping times from some countries can take 2-3 weeks, which may extend the overall process. We'll notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
Refund method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For cash on delivery payments, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or PayPal, based on your preference. Please specify your preferred refund method in your return request email.
