99% of our customers are satisfied with our products and recommend Medpak to their family and friends. However, if you are not satisfied with the product, request a refund within 30 days of purchase. We are confident in the products we sell, so we guarantee your money back. Limited to one product per order.

How to make a return?

Medpak will reimburse the return postage costs.

  1. Email info@medpak.shop with your invoice/order number, product name and postal address.
  2. We will send you an email to let you know if your refund has been approved.
  3. You can now send the product you wish to return by recorded delivery (including your invoice/order number) to the address below depending on the country you live in .
  4. Once we have received your returned order, we will check the return and send you an e-email when the refund has been processed.

Terms of refund:

All items must be sent by recorded delivery to our address below.

Please include your invoice/order number.

Our policy is 30 days from the date of delivery to you. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
