Ziółko Brown Flaxseed consists of whole seeds of common flax (Linum usitatissimum) - one of the oldest cultivated plants in the world, prized since antiquity. Unlike ground forms, these seeds retain their natural grain structure and firm, glossy hull.

The seeds have a mild, nutty flavour and release a natural plant-based mucilage when soaked in water. The product comes from Ziółko, a Polish family-run company with over 30 years of experience, working with more than a thousand herbal farms.

How to use

For a porridge, pour hot (not boiling) water over 2 teaspoons of seeds, cover and leave for 15-20 minutes. Add whole seeds to dough, muesli or yoghurt, or grind just before use and add to smoothies. Drink with water.
