About the product
Wellbear Cold-pressed hemp oil is 100% hemp seed oil (Cannabis sativa) – unrefined, unfiltered, cold-pressed in a Polish oil mill. Free from flavourings, colourings, added sugar, preservatives and lactose.
Cannabis sativa is an edible plant, non-psychoactive – we press cooking oil from its seeds (not the flowers). It has a distinctive grassy-green colour and a deep, nutty-grassy flavour – a distinctive profile that does not suit every dish. It is best to try it first with raw vegetables and grains, and then decide whether you want to use it in other dishes.

Usage
Oil for cold dishes: fresh vegetable salads, bread toppings, pesto bases, additions to quark or dips. Its distinctive flavour pairs well mainly with raw vegetables and grains. For cooked dishes – add only once they have cooled. Not suitable for frying or baking – high temperatures degrade polyunsaturated fatty acids. Vegan.
Directions for use
Add 1 tablespoon (12 g) to cold dishes just before serving.
Straight from a teaspoon – 1–3 teaspoons a day. Due to its intense flavour profile – start with a smaller portion and adjust to your taste. It goes perfectly with rocket salads, tomatoes, beetroot or carrot salads.
Storage
Once opened, store in the fridge and use within a month – 1000 ml of hemp oil oxidises when exposed to light, heat and air after opening. Keep the bottle tightly closed.
