What properties does cumin oil have?
If you are wondering why you should drink cumin oil or add it to your dishes, the answer is the numerous health benefits. This product exhibits anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties and supports the body's immune system, making it an excellent addition to the diet of children and adults during the autumn and winter season. In addition to this, nigella oil relieves symptoms of allergies and asthma, and lowers blood pressure, reducing the risk of heart disease. It is also used for stomach problems and as an aid to liver regeneration, for example after treatment with strong medicines. It helps maintain proper blood sugar levels, accelerates the healing of injuries and improves the condition of the skin, hair and nails. How to drink cumin oil to benefit from all its properties? Only raw - do not use it for frying. It can be drunk on its own or mixed with a cool drink or a little honey.
Additives are intended to counteract the bitter taste of the oil, which can be disliked especially by children. For this reason, it is best to serve unrefined cumin oil to the youngest along with yoghurt, sweet juice, syrup or honey. The same oil can be used by children and parents, but the recommended dosages are different:
- for adults, the recommended daily serving is - 1 tablespoon of oil
- for children three years of age and older - a maximum of 1 teaspoon
- and for children from 1 to 3 years of age it is recommended - one quarter (1/4) or half (1/2) teaspoon per day.
