About the product
Palce Lizać Clarified Ghee in a 1400 g jar is the largest size of classic ghee made from milk from the Bieszczady region. A catering-sized pack for restaurants, large families and those who use ghee every day for frying, baking and cooking.
The recipe originates from ancient India: butter clarified using the traditional method for 8–12 hours (depending on the season and the cows’ diet – grass or hay), resulting in pure milk fat free from water, lactose and casein. A Polish product made from the milk of cows from the natural pastures of the Bieszczady Mountains. High smoke point 260°C means the ghee does not burn during frying.

Usage
A versatile fat for frying (does not burn), cooking (soups, stewing vegetables and meat), baking and as a spread on bread. An alternative for those with lactose, casein or gluten intolerance. 1400 g pack – for heavy-duty use.
Directions
For frying, use in a hot pan – ghee does not burn up to 260°C and is ideal for meat, vegetables and eggs. For baking, use in a 1:1 ratio instead of ordinary butter. Spread on a sandwich like butter – it has a delicate nutty, buttery flavour.
Storage
No refrigeration required – best kept at room temperature. A natural and seasonal product: semi-liquid in summer, firmer in winter. The white sediment is the result of natural processes – it does not affect the quality.
