Slężan rapeseed oil is a 100 % natural product. It is obtained by cold-pressing selected rapeseed of dioecious, non-erucous varieties.

All this allows us to maintain unchanged nutritional values and natural active substances. Ślężański Rapeseed Oil is a product of high nutritional value. It is characterised by its high content of unsaturated fatty acids (92 g/100 g) and omega-3 fatty acids (9 g/100 g). It contains naturally occurring vitamin E (66.4 mg/100 g).
Linoleic acid (LA) and alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. Beneficial effects occur with an intake of: 10 g LA per day and 2 g ALA per day. Replacing saturated fats in the diet with unsaturated fats helps to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. Oleic acid is an unsaturated fat.
