The oil is pressed from carefully selected and tested linseed seeds with a high alphalinolenic acid content. It is characterised by linseed's typical aroma and yellow colour.
Flaxseed oil for the Dr Budwig diet differs significantly in its omega-3 fatty acid content from ordinary flaxseed oil. It is distinguished by its high content of unsaturated fatty acids, including omega-3 fatty acids (more than 50 g/100 g oil). In addition, it contains naturally occurring vitamin E in the oil.
Linoleic acid (LA) and alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. Beneficial effects occur with an intake of: 10 g LA per day and 2 g ALA per day.
Replacing saturated fats in the diet with unsaturated fats helps to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. Oleic acid is an unsaturated fat. Maintaining good health requires a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Suggested use:
For direct consumption or as an addition to salads, salads, soups, sauces, cereals, potatoes or other dishes. Ideal as an addition to vegetable juices, smoothies and desserts. Heating the oil is not recommended.
