Directions for use:

• Bath: Add 10-15 drops to a bath of lukewarm water, pouring the oil into the running water for better dispersion.
• Aromatherapy: Sprinkle 1-2 drops of oil on the corner of your pillow to help you fall asleep and ensure a peaceful night's sleep.
• Hair care: Add 2-3 drops to your shampoo or conditioner immediately before use.
• Laundry: Add 5-7 drops to washing powder or sprinkle on damp clothes before drying.
• Air freshener: Soak a cotton pad with 2-3 drops of oil and place it in the vacuum cleaner before cleaning or use in aromatherapy burners.
