Ingredients

Magnesium carbonate, citric acid. When dissolved in water, it forms magnesium citrate ions with a balanced pH.

Suggested use

Recommended gradual introduction: start with approximately 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) per day and gradually increase to 2 teaspoons (4 g). Dissolve the powder in a small amount of warm water, wait until the fizz has subsided, then top up with liquid to your preferred volume. Can be divided into 2–3 portions throughout the day.
