Magnesium carbonate, citric acid. When dissolved in water, forms ionic magnesium citrate with a balanced pH.

Directions

Recommended gradual introduction: start with approximately 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) daily and gradually increase to 2 teaspoons (4 g). Dissolve the powder in a small amount of warm water and wait for the effervescence to subside, then top up with liquid to your preferred volume. The daily serving may be split into 2-3 portions throughout the day.
