Directions for use

Start with half a teaspoon of powder (about 1 g) per day, gradually increasing to 2 teaspoons (4 g) daily. Add the powder to a glass, pour in 60-90 ml of hot water, wait until it stops fizzing, then stir and top up with warm or cold water.
