Guarana seed extract (Paullinia cupana Kunth.), green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis L. Kuntze), Rhodiola rosea root extract (Rhodiola rosea L.), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), ginseng root extract (Panax ginseng C.A.Mey.), anhydrous caffeine, elderflower extract (Sambucus nigra), L-theanine, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, liquorice root extract (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.), cholecalciferol (vitamin D), L-selenomethionine (selenium).

Suggested use:

2 capsules daily with your morning meal. The capsules should be taken with at least 250 ml of water.
