Milzu cereals Bio Crunchies with cinnamon are made from whole grain rye flour with the addition of whole grain oat flour - rich in fibre and beta-glucans, which act in a beneficial way on the intestinal microflora.
Fibre binds excess cholesterol which contributes to reducing its concentration in the blood. In addition, flakes contain B vitamins (B1, B2, B5, B6), which are responsible for regulating metabolism, releasing energy and regulating the functioning of the nervous system. The high content of iron, phosphorus, zinc and magnesium completes the menu with essential minerals. In addition, the flakes contain honey and cinnamon in their composition, which lend an unusual aroma and a delicate sweetness.
