Description
The menstrual cup from Ginger Organic is a completely safe product designed for women for protection against menstrual bleeding.
The cup, otherwise known as a menstrual cup, is a modern feminine hygiene product. It is made of skin-friendly medical silicone, which does not irritate delicate intimate areas and does not cause allergies (it is hypoallergenic). The surface of the silicone is smooth and flexible, and the material itself is extremely durable. Its specially designed shape makes it easy to apply during the period without worrying that it will go in too deep. The product perfectly collects menstrual bleeding, and the insertion of the cup itself is very similar to the application of a tampon. After working out the right technique and correct placement, the cup is comfortable for daily wear. With its larger capacity, it can collect more menstrual blood than traditional sanitary products.
Medical silicone, due to its unique properties, inhibits the adhesion of bacteria to the walls of the cup, and thus their multiplication. The Ginger Organic menstrual cup can be easily cleaned and disinfected at home. Its material does not absorb fluids and does not react chemically with the body.
Wearing a menstrual cup during your period is very practical. Importantly, it can be used with any sports activity. The cup is durable, smooth, flexible, easy to use and safe. It can be successfully worn overnight without worrying about leaking.
Inserting the cup:
1. Assume a comfortable position with your legs apart (you can also sit on the toilet or stand with your leg resting on a chair). To fit the cup properly, fold it in a way that suits your preference, using the method of your choice - you can fold the cup into a C, into an E, a double digit 7 or into a triangle. Gently insert the folded cup into your vagina - you can use lube to make this easier.
2. Push the cup as far as possible, then let go - the cup will open in the vagina, covering the cervix.
3. Rotate the cup and move it around, holding it gently by the bottom. The vacuum thus created will hold the cup in place - to better fit the cup, perform contractions and diastasis of the pelvic floor muscles.
4. Finally, pull gently to make sure the cup sits properly in the vagina and resists pulling out.
