B vitamins work along interlinked metabolic pathways - processing one requires the presence of the others. That is why B-Complex MSE provides them together: thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), vitamin B6, biotin (B7), folate (B9) and vitamin B12, along with choline and inositol.

Two ingredients are included in forms the body can use without further conversion: vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, and half of the folate as 5-MTHF (the other half is classic folic acid). Vitamin B6 is also worth noting, dosed at exactly 100% NRV - while the other vitamins are provided at multiples of the reference value, this is a deliberate limit, since B6 has an established upper intake level. The formula was developed in the German MSE laboratory of Dr. Franz Enzmann, with manufacturing in Germany to GMP standard.

Suggested use

1 Capsule daily, preferably in the morning, with a sufficient amount of water.
