A 30 g serving provides 26 g of protein with low fat and sugar content. The formula is additionally enriched with micronised creatine monohydrate. Vanilla flavour.

Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, as well as to the maintenance of normal bones. Due to the high protein content, the product is a convenient way to supplement protein intake in the diet of physically active people.

Prepared with water, the shake is sugar-free, fat-free, gluten-free and lactose-free (under the conditions stated in the table). Creatine monohydrate is part of the formula; this product is not intended as a standalone creatine supplement.

Protein Blend 82% [soy protein isolate, whey protein concentrate (milk), calcium caseinate (contains milk)], flavour enhancer (glycine and its sodium salt), micronised creatine monohydrate 5.7%, flavourings, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), emulsifier: lecithins (soya), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), salt, colour (tartrazine). May contain milk, eggs, gluten, soya, crustaceans, sulphur dioxide and tree nuts.

Suggested use

Mix 1 serving (30 g = 1 heaped scoop = 3 tablespoons) of powder with 300-350 ml of water in a shaker and drink. Use 2 servings daily: one within 45 minutes after training, the second between meals. On non-training days, take one serving in the morning and one in the evening. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Contains milk and soya, and the colour tartrazine, which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
