Ingredients

Protein Blend 72% [soy protein isolate, whey protein concentrate (milk), calcium caseinate (contains milk)], defatted cocoa powder, flavour enhancer (glycine and its sodium salt), micronised creatine monohydrate 5%, flavourings, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), salt, emulsifier: lecithins (soya), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), thickener (cellulose gum).

Directions

Mix 1 serving (30 g = 1 rounded scoop = 3 tablespoons) of powder with 300-350 ml of water in a shaker and drink. Take 2 servings per day: one within 45 minutes after training, another between meals. On rest days, take one serving in the morning and one in the evening. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Contains milk and soya. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
