Ingredients

Whey protein isolate (milk) {whey protein isolate (milk), emulsifier [lecithins (soya)]} 87%, L-glutamine 5.5%, flavourings, creaming blend [partially hydrogenated coconut fat, skimmed milk powder, emulsifiers (E471, E472a), glucose syrup, sugar, milk protein, stabiliser (potassium phosphates)], thickeners (cellulose gum, xanthan gum), salt, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), sweetener (sucralose), L-leucine 0.2%, L-isoleucine 0.1%, L-valine 0.1%.

Manufactured in a facility that also processes eggs, peanuts, nuts, celery, fish, shellfish and food ingredients containing sulphur dioxide.

Directions

To prepare 1 serving, mix 25 g of powder (1 scoop = 2 rounded tablespoons) with 200 ml of water, preferably using a shaker.

Use scales for accurate measurement. Consume 2 servings per day.
