Recommended intake

Children over 9 months of age - 1 glass per day.

Children over 3 years of age - 2-3 glasses per day.

Method of preparation:

Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 tea bag and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.

Always prepare fresh tea, only brew the tea bag once.
