Directions for use

B BrewingB : pour boiled water at room temperature to lukewarm (for children) or freshly boiled (for adults drinking with a child) over the teabag. Steep for B 5–10 minutesB . B Manufacturer’s recommended dosageB : for children from 6 months – B 2–3 cups a dayB (information from the product label).

Once brewed and cooled, it can be served in a bottle with a teat (for the youngest children) or in a cup.
