Aliness PrenaCare® Complete is a powdered dietary supplement in sachets, designed for pregnant and breastfeeding women. One sachet provides Quatrefolic® folate (800 µg), 300 mg Vitacholine™ choline, 300 mg DHA, vitamin D3 (2000 IU), active forms of vitamins B6 (P-5-P) and B12 (methylcobalamin), magnesium and selenium. Maternal intake of DHA contributes to the normal development of the brain and eyes of the foetus and breastfed infants (with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA in addition to the recommended 250 mg of DHA and EPA). Free from flavourings, colourings and sweeteners.

Aliness PrenaCare® Complete is a dietary supplement in powder form, in sachets, designed for pregnant and breastfeeding women. The formula combines four ingredients involved in homocysteine metabolism — Vitacholine™ choline (300 mg), vitamin B6 (P-5-P), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) and Quatrefolic® folate (800 µg, 400% RDA) — with 300 mg of DHA, 2000 IU of vitamin D3, magnesium and selenium.

Maternal intake of DHA contributes to the normal development of the brain and eyes of the foetus and breastfed infants. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA in addition to the recommended daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids for adults, i.e. 250 mg of DHA and EPA — one sachet provides 300 mg of DHA, meeting this requirement.

Folic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and choline (at a dose of over 82.5 mg per serving) contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism. Folic acid plays a role in the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy and in cell division processes. Vitamin B6 helps regulate hormonal activity. Choline also contributes to normal fat metabolism and the maintenance of normal liver function.

Vitamin D supports the normal functioning of the immune system and muscles, and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Selenium and vitamin B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. Magnesium helps reduce feelings of tiredness and fatigue, supports normal energy metabolism, and contributes to the normal functioning of muscles and the nervous system.

Suggested use:

Dissolve 1 sachet (1 g) in a glass of water or juice. Drink immediately after preparation.
