Each tablet contains 14 mg of iron (100% RDA) in the form of iron diglycinate, supplemented with vitamin C, vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12, zinc and copper. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and to the normal functioning of the immune system. Vitamin C enhances the absorption of iron. Vitamins B6 and B12, and folic acid contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells.

Suggested use:
