Ziółko Yarrow Herb is dried yarrow herb (Achillea millefolium) - a perennial plant growing wild in meadows, roadsides and clearings throughout Poland. The herb consists of leaves and characteristic small white flowers arranged in flat-topped clusters, harvested in summer at full bloom.

The Latin name of the plant refers to Achilles - according to mythology, the hero of Troy used this herb, giving rise to Achillea. The yarrow infusion has a herbal aroma and gently bitter taste, shaped by its naturally occurring essential oils (including chamazulene) and flavonoids.
