About the product

Ziółko Red Clover is a dried infusion made from the flowers of the red clover (Trifolium pratense) – a perennial plant commonly found in meadows and pastures throughout Europe. Its pinkish-purple flowers are harvested in summer, at the height of flowering.

Dried red clover flowers contain natural isoflavones and flavonoids, and when brewed, they produce a mild, slightly sweet taste with a subtle, floral and herbal aroma. It is an ingredient in homemade herbal blends.

Directions for use

Pour a glass (250 ml) of hot water over 2 teaspoons of the dried herb, cover and leave to infuse for 5–10 minutes, then strain.
