Ziółko Nettle is a dried infusion made from the leaves of the common nettle (Urtica dioica) – a widespread, wild-growing plant valued in cuisine and herbal traditions across almost the entire world. What gardeners often regard as a weed has been used in cooking and infusions for generations.

Nettle infusion has a greenish colour and a herbal, slightly grassy taste. Young nettle leaves are also a prized culinary ingredient – they work well in spring soups, pesto or as a vegetable garnish after blanching.

Directions

Pour 200 ml of hot water over 1-2 teaspoons of the dried herb, cover and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes, then strain.
