Ziółko Milk Thistle Seeds are whole seeds of Silybum marianum - a thistle plant from the Asteraceae family with purple flowers, cultivated in Europe for centuries. The small, firm seeds have a glossy, brown-speckled coat.

The seeds have a characteristic lightly bitter, nutty flavour and naturally contain oil and silymarin. For best freshness, grind them just before use. The raw material is sourced and tested in-house by Ziółko, a trusted Polish producer.
