What is liquorice?
Liquorice - Glycyrrhiza L. - a plant that can be recognised by its feathery leaves and red, blue or purple flowers similar to pea flowers. However, what will be crucial for us is what is not visible at first glance - the liquorice root.
For it is in this root that the most important properties of this plant lie, and it is the rhizome that is used in traditional medicine and care. In its natural state, it is found in Asian countries and southern Europe, but its cultivation can also be found in Poland. Liquorice is mainly known for its candies and jelly beans, but not everyone likes its taste. In recent years, its rich health-promoting properties have become more widely used.

Suggestion for use:
Pour one teaspoon over a glass of boiling water and leave covered to infuse for about 10-15 minutes. Drink 1-2 times a day.
