The Ziółko blend is based on 6 classic Provençal ingredients: basil, rosemary, oregano, thyme, savory and parsley. It is a perfect combination of subtle flavours and aromas – particularly recommended as an alternative to salt in low-sodium diets. It enhances the flavour of all types of meat, fish dishes, soups and salads.

Uses
A versatile blend for many dishes: French cuisine (ratatouille, bouillabaisse, Provençal daube), Italian (focaccia, pasta sauces, pizza), Polish (stews, roasts, marinades). Excellent with meat (lamb, beef, poultry), baked fish, grilled vegetables (courgette, aubergine, peppers), soups, salads and sauces. Works well as an alternative to salt in a low-sodium diet.
Directions for use
Add during cooking to allow the flavours to develop fully. Typical serving: 1/2 - 1 teaspoon per 4 portions of the dish. For marinades: rub in with extra virgin olive oil and garlic (30 minutes before roasting). For focaccia: sprinkle on before baking, along with coarse salt. For ratatouille: add to the simmering vegetables. It pairs well with garlic, olive oil and white wine.

Store in an airtight container in a dry, dark place, away from light, moisture and foreign odours.
