Directions

Pour 250 ml of freshly boiled water at a temperature of around 80°C (not boiling) over the tea bag and steep for around 5 minutes. Boiling water destroys the delicate flavour of green tea.

Warning

Contains liquorice. It should not be consumed in excessive quantities by people suffering from high blood pressure – an excess of liquorice may raise blood pressure (information from the manufacturer).
