Yango Choline + Inositol is a dietary supplement in capsules, containing choline bicinate and myo-inositol.

Choline, also known as vitamin B4, is a water-soluble organic substance that the human liver is able to produce on its own in trace amounts. To avoid choline deficiency, choline must be supplied with the diet.
