Vitaler's Nattokinase 100 mg - 60 Capsules

Vitaler's Nattokinase capsules contain nattokinase, an enzyme formed when soy is fermented by Bacillus subtilis bacteria. Each capsule has an activity of 2000 FU, because the amount of enzyme is given in activity units rather than milligrams. Besides nattokinase, the formula contains microcrystalline cellulose and a plant-based capsule shell. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians, with no added sugar, preservatives, flavourings or colourings.

About the product

Nattokinase comes from natto, a traditional Japanese dish of cooked soybeans fermented by Bacillus subtilis var. natto bacteria. Natto has a sticky, stringy texture and a strong smell, and in Japan it is eaten for breakfast with rice. FU (fibrinolytic units) are the units in which nattokinase activity is given.
