Vitaler's Valerian capsules contain a 10:1 extract of valerian rhizome (Valeriana officinalis). Each capsule delivers 500 mg of extract, with only a plant-based capsule shell besides it. Valerian, a perennial herb, has long been used in herbal traditions for its underground parts. At one capsule a day, 60 capsules last two months, and the product is suitable for vegans.
