Vitaler's Sport Micronized Creatine Monohydrate 5000 mg, Strawberry - 500 g

Vitaler's Sport Creatine is a micronized creatine monohydrate powder with a strawberry flavour. A 5 g serving provides 4396 mg of creatine. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. It is sweetened with stevia, coloured with black carrot extract and suitable for vegans.

About the product

In adults over the age of 55, daily creatine consumption can enhance the effect of resistance training on muscle strength. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine in conjunction with such training. Micronization to 200 mesh means the powder grains pass through a sieve with openings of about 0.07 mm. Creatine monohydrate dissolves poorly in water, so sediment at the bottom of the glass is normal, and clumped powder only needs to be broken up.
