Glucose is a source of carbohydrates (72 kcal per serving), while sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium are electrolytes lost through sweat. Calcium, magnesium, thiamine, niacin, pantothenic acid and vitamins B6, B12 and C contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, and magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance. Glucose, acidity regulator: citric acid, calcium chloride, magnesium citrate, potassium citrate, flavouring, sodium chloride, taurine, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), sweetener: steviol glycosides, zinc picolinate, colour: black carrot extract and curcumin, nicotinamide (niacin), calcium pantothenate (pantothenic acid), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), chromium picolinate, methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).

Directions for use

Dissolve 22 g (3 level scoops) in 500 ml of water. Use as needed, no more than once a day.

Best consumed before, during or after physical activity.
