Vitaler's Saw Palmetto 550 mg - 60 Capsules

Vitaler's Saw Palmetto capsules contain saw palmetto fruit extract (Serenoa repens) in a 10:1 ratio, with 550 mg of extract in each capsule. The only ingredients are the extract and a plant-based capsule shell, so the product is suitable for vegans. One capsule a day with a meal.

About the product

Saw palmetto is a dwarf palm from the south-eastern United States, mainly Florida and Georgia, where it forms dense thickets of fan-shaped leaves. The leaf stalks are serrated, which gives the plant its name. The raw material is the dark, oily fruit, which contains a good amount of fatty acids, including lauric, oleic and palmitic acid. The 10:1 ratio means the extract is made from roughly ten times as much dried raw material.
