About the product

Rutin is a flavonoid named after common rue (Ruta graveolens), from which it was isolated in the 19th century. Its richest dietary source is buckwheat, and asparagus, apricots and apple peel contain a fair amount too. The Japanese pagoda tree is a member of the legume family, and rutin is obtained on an industrial scale from its flower buds. Country of origin: Poland.
