Each capsule provides 215 mg of bamboo extract, which corresponds to 150 mg of silicon. The raw material is obtained from common bamboo shoots (Bambusa vulgaris).

HPMC (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) capsules are suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
