About the product

Kudzu is a fast-growing climbing vine of the legume family, related to soy and beans, native to Japan and China. In the southern United States, where it was introduced in the 19th century, it covers whole forests. In Japan, the starch from the root is made into kuzu, a flour used to thicken sauces and desserts. The isoflavones in kudzu are mainly puerarin and daidzein.
