Vitaler's Intensive Training Kit brings together four products for people who train regularly: caffeine tablets, a sugar-free lemon-lime isotonic drink, creatine monohydrate and L-citrulline malate. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise, with the beneficial effect obtained at a daily intake of 3 g. Each product is taken separately, according to its own directions.

Daily servings

Each product is taken separately, according to its own directions:

• Vitaler's Caffeine 200 mg - 120 Tablets: 1 tablet daily
• Vitaler's Isotonic Sugar-Free, Lemon-Lime - 250 g: once daily, dissolve one level scoop (10 g) in 500 ml of water
• Vitaler's Sport Micronized Creatine Monohydrate 5000 mg - 500 g: mix 5 g (1 level scoop) into 150-200 ml of water or juice and drink right after preparing
• Vitaler's Sport L-Citrulline Malate, Powder - 500 g: mix 5 g (1 level scoop) into 150-200 ml of water or juice and drink straight away, no more than once daily

Vitaler's Caffeine 200 mg - 120 Tablets

Anhydrous caffeine is pure caffeine in the form of a dry powder. According to EFSA, a single dose of up to 200 mg and up to 400 mg over the course of a day raises no safety concerns for healthy adults (excluding pregnant women). When counting the daily amount, add coffee, tea, energy drinks and other products containing caffeine. Free of sugar, colourings, flavourings, preservatives and sweeteners.

Ingredients

Anhydrous caffeine, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose.

1 tablet daily. Caffeine content in one tablet: 200 mg.

Warnings

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. High caffeine content (200 mg per tablet). Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children and people sensitive to caffeine.

Vitaler's Isotonic Sugar-Free, Lemon-Lime - 250 g

This version contains no glucose and no calories, but it does provide a large amount of vitamin C. Calcium, magnesium, thiamin, niacin, pantothenic acid and vitamins B6, B12 and C contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, and magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance. Calcium and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function, and vitamin C and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

Ingredients

Sodium chloride, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), acidity regulator: citric acid; calcium chloride, magnesium citrate, calcium citrate, taurine, flavouring, colour: curcumin; sweetener: steviol glycosides; zinc picolinate, nicotinamide (niacin), calcium pantothenate (pantothenic acid), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), chromium picolinate, methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).

Why it tastes salty

In a classic isotonic drink, glucose and salt together build the concentration of dissolved substances. This drink contains no sugar, so that role is taken mainly by sodium chloride, which is why a serving has 2.5 g of salt and a distinctly salty taste. People who limit salt in their diet should take this into account.

Directions

Once daily, dissolve one level scoop (10 g) in 500 ml of water.

Vitaler's Sport Micronized Creatine Monohydrate 5000 mg - 500 g

The powder is micronized to 200 mesh, meaning it is ground into very fine particles, which makes it easier to mix with liquid. Free of flavourings, colourings and sugar, so it can be added to water, juice or a smoothie. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine; for people over 55, in combination with resistance training, meaning repeated exercise with a heavy load several times a week for many weeks.

Directions

Mix 5 g (1 level scoop) into 150-200 ml of water or juice and drink right after preparing. Use as needed, no more than once daily.

Some sediment may remain at the bottom. This is undissolved creatine, which can be drunk, because creatine monohydrate dissolves poorly in water. The powder absorbs moisture readily, so it may clump; simply break it up.

Vitaler's Sport L-Citrulline Malate, Powder - 500 g

L-citrulline is an amino acid that the body does not build into proteins but produces itself. It was isolated from watermelon juice, and the name comes from the fruit's Latin name, Citrullus. In supplements it usually appears as malate, a combination with malic acid, which occurs naturally in apples. In this form it is easier to obtain a free-flowing powder.
