Vitaler's Copper 2 mg is a copper citrate supplement in tablet form, with 2 mg of copper in each tablet. Copper contributes to maintenance of normal connective tissues and to normal hair pigmentation, to normal iron transport in the body and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Take one tablet a day with a meal.
