Trec Sleep-ER Tropical-Orange is a powdered dietary supplement containing melatonin, D-aspartic acid (DAA) and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), valerian and lemon balm plant extracts, amino acids and minerals. Sleep-ER is recommended for hard-training athletes and people experiencing intense physical or mental fatigue who do not fully regenerate during sleep.

Suggested use:

Dissolve a single serving of the product - 9 g (1.5 scoops) in 150 ml of water. Take 1 serving daily, preferably 30-60 minutes before bedtime.
