Suggested use:

Take a single serving of the product - 1 capsule - with 300 ml of water. Take the first portion (1 capsule MULTIPACK SPORT DAY FORMULA) after breakfast and the second portion (1 capsule MULTIPACK SPORT NIGHT FORMULA) 30 min. before bedtime.

The recommended daily allowance is 2 capsules (1 capsule of MULTIPACK SPORT DAY FORMULA, 1 capsule of MULTIPACK SPORT NIGHT FORMULA).
