Tickless Pet Mini Ultrasonic Tick Repellent - Black

TickLess Mini is dedicated to dogs and cats (it can also be used by other animals or even people, as long as it can be securely mounted). The device emits ultrasonic pulses at a frequency of 40 kHz. The pulses emitted by the device are completely harmless to humans and pets, but they block the main sensory organ of ticks - the Haller organ.

Ticks use Haller's organ to target their host, when a tick comes within range of the ultrasound emitted by TickLess - it will be confused and will not sense its prey. TickLess also demonstrates effectiveness in protecting against fleas. TickLess does not use toxic/chemical substances and is completely safe for pets and humans (including pregnant women, young children, people with pacemakers, etc.).

What distinguishes the TickLess Mini from the pet version:

• TickLess Mini emits a stronger signal and protects against ticks and fleas even more effectively (~2.5 m radius).
• It has a rechargeable battery that you can recharge repeatedly (~300 charge cycles, no memory effect, active for up to 20 days after charging).
• It is the smallest TickLess device in the range, so will work well for both larger and smaller pets.

Increased protection effectiveness:

The increased supply voltage of the speaker provides a higher amplitude of the ultrasound emitted by it, so the device has a larger effective area and the ultrasound emitted is harder to suppress. The effective area of protection is a radius of approximately 2.5m.

Rechargeable:

TickLess Mini has a built-in polymer lithium-ion battery. This is one of the most modern types of rechargeable battery that guarantees a large number of charge cycles (~300), little capacity loss and no memory effect. A fully charged device functions for up to approximately 20 days.

Night location:

In the device you can turn on a flashing LED, it will help you locate your pet during night walks.

Improved attachment:

The TickLess Mini attaches to the collar - the device does not dangle or swing from side to side, so it will work well for even the smallest pets. The device can be fitted to collars 10 - 20 mm wide.

Specification:

On: Press and hold the button for 2-3 seconds - one long blink of the red LED indicates that the device is on. The device remains active as long as the battery is charged. When the battery runs down, the device switches off - the device must then be recharged.

Checking if the device is working: To check if the device is working press the button - 4 flashes of the red LED indicate that the device is active. If the red LED does not light up, it means that the battery is low and the device needs to be recharged. The device cannot be switched off (it works as long as the battery is charged).

Battery, charging: The device has a polymer lithium-ion rechargeable battery. The battery: - has no memory effect - will allow approximately 300 charge cycles - a fully charged battery will power the device for approximately 20 days. To charge the device, connect it to the charger via the microUSB cable (included with the device, charger not included). When the battery is charging - the green LED on the device lights up. When the green LED goes out, this indicates that the battery is fully charged. It takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge a fully discharged battery.

Waterproof, handling in case of getting wet/wet: Moisture does not damage the device (IP13) - however, direct contact with water should be avoided as TickLess is not water resistant. In the event of dampness or wetness, the device should be left to dry in an airy area (a mechanical air supply can aid the process).

Night location: Hold the button for approximately 3 seconds to activate the night locating function (fast flashing red LED) and approximately 3 seconds to deactivate this function.
