Tickless Eco Human Ultrasonic Tick Repellent - Brown

Tickless Eco Human is an ultrasonic tick protection device with biodegradable housing. Suitable for all age groups. Effectively protects against ticks for approximately 6 months. It also shows effectiveness in protecting against fleas and is effective within a radius of approximately 2 m. TickLess does not use toxic/chemical substances and is completely safe for pets and humans.

How to effectively protect yourself from ticks? Not with long clothes, not with showers after a walk, and not even with chemicals. Chemicals may work, but they are difficult to apply, the smell is often unpleasant and possible allergies to the ingredients in the chemicals are an added complication. They also won't help over water, as each swim would require reapplication.

Tickless Eco Human solves all these problems. Tickless emits no odour, contains no chemical ingredients and, after bathing, you only need to be within its range of action, which is up to 2 metres, to benefit from the protection it gives. What's more, once activated, Tickless Eco Human acts uninterruptedly for 3,000 hours, which is enough for the entire period of tick danger. Simply being within range of the device is enough for it to work regardless of the clothes you are wearing or the weather conditions. The device itself may not be waterproof, but it shows resistance to moisture and is fully operational when dry. This is the best way to prevent bites rather than treating their effects.

The device emits ultrasonic pulses at 40 kHz

The pulses emitted by the device are completely harmless to humans and pets, but they block the tick's main sensory organ, the Haller's organ. Ticks use Haller's organ to target their host, once a tick comes within range of the ultrasound emitted by TickLess - it will be confused and will not sense its prey.

TickLess has also been shown to be effective in protecting against fleas.

Purpose of use:

• Attach the device to your top layer of clothing, do not cover the device (the ultrasound should be able to spread freely)
• Remove the pin to activate the device, the green LED will then blink, the device will be on
• You can switch the device off and on again by pressing the button

The device flashes a green LED one at a time, every 5 minutes to inform you that it is on and working.
To switch off: press the button - 1 long red flash informs you that the device has been switched off.

The device shuts off automatically after 8 hours.

For maximum protection remember:

When TickLess is removed, the user is not protected, therefore we recommend:

• check the environment you are in without TickLess (ticks may have been there before, especially if you have a dog or cat)
• each time checking you when you return home for ticks that may have been on you accidentally
• using TickLess Home, for protection against ticks in the home

Protection is not effective when TickLess is wet - remember to leave the device to dry when you get home.

Moisture does not damage the device (IP13) - however, direct contact with water should be avoided. If the unit gets damp or wet, leave it to dry in a ventilated area (you can assist the process with a mechanical air supply)

When the unit stops working, open it and separate the housing from the other parts. Dispose of the housing in a compost heap, or bury it in the ground - it has been made from biodegradable materials that decompose within a few months.
