Skoczylas Milk Thistle Seed Oil is 100% cold-pressed oil made from milk thistle seeds (Silybum marianum) – unrefined, with no artificial additives. Polish manufacturer: Purelab Marek Skoczylas.

Intended use

Cooking oil for cold dishes: salads, raw vegetable salads, grains, yoghurts, sandwich spreads, bread dips. An excellent dressing for salads with rocket, tomatoes and cucumber. Its golden colour looks beautiful in dishes. Its mild flavour profile goes well with white cheese and quark. Vegan.

Directions for use

1. Add as a dressing to salads with rocket, tomatoes or cucumber.
2. Enrich salads for a delicate, nutty flavour.
3. Drizzle over cooked grains, rice or potatoes.
4. Mix with natural yoghurt or white cheese.
5. Use as an ingredient in sandwich spreads.
6. Spread on bread instead of butter.
7. Use only cold – do not heat.

Storage

Store in a cool, dark place. Once opened, store in the fridge. Use only cold.
