Semi-sweet in taste, naturally cloudy and unfiltered, it keeps the fruit pulp in every glass. Packed in a bag-in-box carton with a tap for easy pouring, it stays fresh for 21 days after opening.

About the product

Sadvit is a family-run press near Warka, Poland, making juices only from fruit and vegetables, with no water, sugar or flavour enhancers.

The apples come from local growers, and the juice is cold-pressed using the NFC method and only pasteurised. Each batch tastes a little different, depending on the apple varieties and ripeness of that particular harvest.

The taste is semi-sweet, without a sharp sour edge and without added sweetness. The juice stays naturally cloudy, as it is not filtered or clarified, so the pulp remains in the carton.

Perfectly good apples that do not meet supermarket looks also go into the press. The fruit is the same quality, just turned away by sorting for size and colour.

The bag-in-box carton holds 5 liters, twenty servings of 250 ml. The carton is BPA free, and the tap keeps air out, so the opened juice stays fresh for 21 days.

Purpose

The most versatile juice in the range, sized for a multi-person household. Five liters last for weeks of everyday drinking, and the tap lets you pour a glass without opening a fresh bottle.

How to use

1. Keep the carton in a cool place and pour straight from the tap.
2. Shake the carton before pouring - the cloudiness and sediment are fruit pulp.
3. Drink chilled, on its own or with a meal.
4. Use as a smoothie base - apple mellows tart juices such as chokeberry or cranberry.

Storage

Store in a dry, shaded place at 0 to 20°C. Once opened, the juice stays fresh for 21 days as long as the tap stays submerged in juice and no air enters the bag. If air does get in, use the juice within 24 hours.
