Rosita Extra Virgin Cod Liver Oil (EVCLO) - 150 ml

Rosita Extra Virgin Cod Liver Oil (EVCLO) is a raw, unrefined cod liver oil made from wild-caught cod through first cold-pressing, with a single-ingredient formula and no additives. A 5 ml teaspoon provides 605 mg DHA, 443 mg EPA and naturally occurring vitamins A and D. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, DHA contributes to maintenance of normal brain function, and vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. Free from preservatives, flavourings, soy, dairy, gluten and colourings.

Ingredients

Wild, raw first-press cod liver oil (fish).

Suggested use

Adults: half to one teaspoon daily. Children and sensitive individuals: 1 to 4 drops daily.

Before measuring a serving, take the bottle out of the fridge and let it stand for two minutes, then shake well. This blends the oil and keeps the taste of the cod liver oil consistent.

Contraindications

Do not use during pregnancy or when planning pregnancy without consulting a doctor. Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. During breastfeeding, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.

Storage

Always store the oil in the fridge. Unopened bottles can be kept in the freezer at -19°C for three years from the production date, or in the fridge at 4°C for up to a year. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 3 months. After chilling or freezing the oil may thicken and turn cloudy, so shake gently before use. Keep out of reach of young children.
