Rom&nd Glasting Water Tint is a lip tint/gloss for glossy lips. The water-based formula further moisturises the lips and leaves a dewy, glazed film on the lips. The colours, ranging from subtle pinks to dark reds, consist of separate layers of pigment for vibrant colour and incredible shine. The unique formula instantly colours lips, leaving a long-lasting shine without fading.
