Philips Avent Responsive Natural Bottle with AirFree Anti-Colic Valve - 125 ml

Innovative Responsive Natural bottle with unique AirFree anti-colic valve. Designed to work like a mother's breast - the J-slit teat releases milk only during active sucking.

The patented AirFree vent keeps the teat filled with milk, not air, minimising the risk of colic, gas and reflux. Ideal for upright feeding, it makes it easy to combine breast and bottle feeding. Made from bisphenol A-free materials, it is easy to clean and compatible with other Avent products.

Natural feeding with extra AirFree protection

The unique responsive system with AirFree anti-colic vent is designed to mimic the natural breastfeeding process. The innovative J-slit teat design ensures that milk only flows when your baby actively sucks – just like at the breast. Your baby sucks, swallows and breathes at their own pace, and when they take a break, the milk stops flowing.

An additional benefit is the patented AirFree anti-colic vent, which keeps the teat filled with milk instead of air during upright feeding. This significantly reduces the amount of air swallowed, minimising the risk of colic, gas and reflux in your baby. It also allows you to feed in an upright position, which further reduces the risk of swallowing air.

The wide, soft and flexible teat is designed to mimic the shape and texture of a woman's breast. This makes it easier for your baby to latch on and drink at their own pace, which significantly facilitates combining breastfeeding and bottle feeding.

Benefits you'll love:

• AirFree anti-colic vent – fills the teat with milk instead of air, minimising colic, gas and reflux.
• Responsive Natural teat – releases milk only during active sucking, mimicking breastfeeding.
• Non-drip design – special J-slit prevents milk from spilling.
• Upright feeding – possible thanks to the AirFree system, which reduces the amount of air swallowed.
• Ergonomic shape – easy to hold for both parent and baby.
• BPA-free materials – safe for your little one.

Intended use:

The Philips Avent Natural responsive bottle with AirFree valve is designed for:

• Newborns and infants from the first days of life (flow 1 teat).
• Children who are alternately breastfed and bottle-fed.
• Infants suffering from colic, gas or reflux.
• Children who swallow a lot of air during feeding.
• Parents who want to feed their baby in an upright position.
• Mothers who express milk and need a bottle that mimics natural feeding.

How to use:

1. Before first use, disassemble all parts and sterilise them.
2. Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing the feed.
3. Fill the bottle with the appropriate amount of feed (the wide neck makes pouring easier).
4. Attach the teat and AirFree vent, then the cap, making sure all parts are correctly assembled.
5. During feeding, hold the bottle upright so that the AirFree vent works properly and keeps the teat filled with milk.
6. Remember that your baby may need a few tries to get used to the responsive teat – this is a natural adaptation process.
7. After feeding, take all parts apart and wash them thoroughly.
